Cutter's Pizzeria

Wayne Goode is the Co-owner of Cutter's Pizzeria. He has a huge hand in creating new recipes and developing new dishes for the restaurant. His knowledge and skills comes from 3 decades of cooking for his family and friends and starting his own business.  

Wayne has a history of running successful small businesses and as a entrepreneur among the Mobile Home Industry. His history with sales and operating his own business adds immeasurable value to the organization. Wayne has been recognized as a community supporter time and again.

You'll find Wayne hunting in his free time, cooking delicious meals, and spending time with his family. 

Dalton "Cutter" Goode is the co-owner of Cutter's Pizzeria. His knowledge and skills comes from years of experience managing staff and volunteers, building teams, and graduating from Jacksonville State University with a Bachors of Arts and from Northwestern University with a Master of Arts.

In 2021, Cutter was awarded the Young Alum of the Year award from Jacksonville State University and the 2021 Young Professional of the Year Award from the Calhoun Chamber of Commerce. 

You'll find Cutter outdoors, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and at local events when he's not working. 

Hope is one of our Cutter's Pizzeria Managers. Hope has been with us since the very first grand opening. She is one of the hardest working, passionate about her job, and loyal team members to come through the doors. Her expertise has grown to make the best pizzas consistently and quickly. 

Her management skills are people centered and always does well to inspire her team to do better and take it serious while being happy and included. She is everyones favorite person and always has a smile on her face. Hope is a treasure at the Cutter's Pizzeria restaurants. 

You'll find her with her boyfriend and enjoying a quiet night in when she's off work. She loves spending time with her family, especially her niece. 

Brooklyn is a family member who joined the team within the first year of opening and has been a consequential team member since. She's grown into leading her team to always go above and beyond to keep the store clean, professional, and organized. 

Her skills with knowing the ins and outs of the business has grown to organizing our back of house in ways that we needed for quite some time. She's helped us break benchmarks by being a positive light when we needed and she always shows up ready to get the job done. 

You'll find her with her son and boyfriend in her off time always doing something to see her son happy! She is also focuses her time on her family and will tell you quickly, Family Is Number One!
