Cutter's Pizzeria is a local, family ran restaurant with plans for growth. We are always looking for new team members or partners. We have plenty of opportunities for long term growth as well as part time and full time temporary or shorter term work. 

We are committed to supporting our team. We have increased our minimum wage to $9.25 an hour and have plans for increasing our minimum wage each year. We support our team with Paid Time Off, Unlimited Request Off, Flexible Scheduling, Health Insurance Options, and Mental Health Resources. 

We want to offer our team with higher wages, better benefits, and more opportunities for growth. We meet once a month with each of our team members to gage their satisfaction with Cutter's Pizzeria and to see if there are any issues, complaints, or problems that we can address to improve our workplace.
